I am a natural resource economist and Associate Professor at Iowa State University. I have broad interests in environmental and natural resource economics, policy and sociology within forestry and agriculture. I specialize in financial and economic explorations of environmental quality management in highly managed agricultural, forest, and urban landscapes.

My PhD research largely centered upon the biophysics, economic, and social aspects of Vegetative Environmental Buffers.
